1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how DataMart Sp. z o.o. ("DataMart", "we", "us"), the provider of the POKAYO MES manufacturing execution system, processes personal data in connection with our Microsoft commercial marketplace listing and related enquiries.

2. Scope
POKAYO MES is offered on the Microsoft commercial marketplace as a "Contact me" listing. We do not collect personal data through the listing itself. We process personal data when you contact us — for example when you submit a contact request through the marketplace, or reach out by email or phone — so that we can respond and, where relevant, discuss a deployment.

When a contact request is submitted via the Microsoft marketplace, Microsoft shares that lead information with us as the publisher. Microsoft's own processing is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. email and IT hosting) under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain a record of our communications, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO). To exercise your rights, contact us at msachajski@datamart.pl.
7. International transfers & security
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
